WeWork force to close its Collins St office this year and terminates its lease early
ServCorp is now in a commanding position, this is what M said about WeWork a while ago

"I'll unashamedly say that WeWork gets knocked all the time but it created a market we didn't know existed,"

now Servcorp got all services covered and in strong financial position, I am not surprise at some stage this stock will be riding high back to glory days WeWork came and disrupt Servcorp for a few years but M saw an opportunity that he didn't see before WeWork so he invest and fought back and look like he won.

Then there a microcap Victory office some fundies back sometimes ago, it IPO at $2 which this fundie back instead of Servcorp it is 10c today a 90% value destruction

"Cyan Investment Management's Dean Fergie says there's an element of "market fatigue" surrounding Servcorp, and that his fund owns shares in microcap Victory Offices, which can grow far quicker from a much lower base. He is also attracted to Victory's corporate customer base."

When you go boxing against M and Servcorp you up against a boxing veteran Muhammad Ali
