In summary (let's see if i can keep it under 500 words @2ic)

I'm pretty comforted by the half yearly report.

Frankly it's another telegraph that all is on track and the project is commercially viable and fundable.

    - bfs due out in next 35 days
    - debt financing terms set to drop any day now (estimated 24th Feb if we take the timeline literally )
    - FID is expected in Q2
    - construction to commence in the 2022 dry season,
    - significant early works and procurement of staff and long lead items already committed to ahead of FID
    - production commencement expectations unchanged
    - 'direct' capital costs remain within previous estimates
    - contingency requirements look set to fall
    - revenues look set to increase (commodity price increases and new products identified
    - on the back of these variables an NPV increase to over $1.1bln seems like a fair bet

in contrast, a share price which is reflecting a general sentiment leaning towards the project being non-viable - which way will the gap close? I think some people call this an 'opportunity'.

ps, I think the opening poster is missing the 'h' in his HC nickname.

    out for now
