WHY?
Because if Keybridge succeeds, that will give Keybridge control of the Board - and the cash of US$8m or A$11m.
Cash backing is about 5c alone - not counting any value for the business.
Why would anyone want to remove two experienced retail confectionery directors, and leave two directors who have no demonstrated experience in retail??
Get rid of these raiders, and let Yowie get on with its business.
Yowie is now profitable, and clearly these new directors (Taylor and Hobbs) have new plans to grow the business.
We don't want to see the cash get stripped from the business - we can use that cash to grow the business both in Aust and the US.

Hi mate, is my interpretation of the most recent announcement correct, in that Keybridge no longer have any interest in YOW?

This would seem, prima facie, to be a good thing I would've thought.
