Gooday = nope - it appears to say that Nick Bolton, as a director of Keybridge, does not have a Relevant Interest in the YOW shares owned by Keybridge, pursuant to S608(1).
I looked up S608(1) and it relates to the rules surrounding Relevant Interests.
So it looks like he claims he has no Relevant Interest in KBC's YOW shares - yet he is still the M/D of Keybridge - so how does that work??
We do know KBC still holds those 35m shares in YOW, because KBC has not lodged a Change in Substantial Shareholder Notice. And I think they had to do that after 2 days - so way past time.
