My point is, the market depth can be misleading . Its not like everyone wanting to buy and sell just sits in the depth waiting. Most big players who want to sell don't wait in the sell depth. They may place fake buy orders down low to skew the ratio, and then start dumping without waiting in the sell depth. Spoof orders are common. The same goes vice versa. No the 3.5 pc increase is not fake, but note that the price hasn't moved anywhere since your observational post regarding the "2 to 1 ratio"
