Both. They need to be able to execute what they tell us they will do and on time. And the shareholders and the sp has to be in their mind. They cant ask for shareholders money and not give a shit about us or the sp. We are all in this to make money and nothing else lets not bs. Not communicating to us why things are late or why they make certain decisions is treating us with contempt. We arent here just to feed them money when they need it.
