Get your point - and HT8 may well be in the sights of another company.
Only issue is that HT8 is a very small fish at sub $20mil and whether a larger player can see any benfit in taking over what amounts to a very small operator will determine if a TO takes place.
HT8 needs to tick some boxes and get its SP to 20 cents again.
Personally, don't know why the SP dropped to current levels. It seems to be doing better than the current SP.
