It would have remained trading if the total number of shares on issue is not in dispute. But then again, ISX has failed to meet their disclosure obligations as a publicly listed company. ISX is a full package in this regard.
Crown’s, Westpac’s, etc money laundering issues are operational in nature. They are not disclosure issues. Furthermore, the issues are not linked to the total number of shares on issue so they have remained trading.
