CWN and WBC may have done some illegal activities but like I said they are operational issues known to the market. They are part of the risks that people take on board when they invest in those companies. They are not disclosure issues and their total numbers of shares on issue are not in dispute.
When it comes to ISX, we have disclosure issues and the issue of revenue linked to the four contracts, which apparently came from unknown sources, so unknown that not even ISX knew who they were. And we have a gazillion of performance shares, your shares, directly linked to the revenue. So you can trade unless you sort that out, which you could have done by simply providing proof of payments from the customers of those contracts.
Do you really believe that the suspension was unfair? When was it unfair? Because the judge will not accept that it was unfair since the beginning. What part of the statement of reasons is inaccurate? You knew from the beginning you were never going to win the case. What about NSX, what would be its fate? Honestly, just let it die, not like the narrative has ever worked.
