seems a complaint may have been made about the carbon exchange tendering and procurement program.... it seems that a procurement process may halt until an investigation is completed.... unless an exemption is made to "keep on truckin" ....... bing, bang, bong, what do u know, a "keep on truckin" order was made by the executive general manager of the aussie clean energy regulator on 30June2022.
exchange submissions were due from NSX 11July2022 despite whatever was going on behind closed doors at the clean energy regulator.
