not done yet from what i understand (little) ... that was just the most recent date for submissions to see who actually gets to do what..... there were 13 or something left in the running across the 2 submission areas, but some of the 13 may have been trying for both parts (all from memory so maybe 6 or 9 entities trying for the stuff - asx, chix, sydneyX amongst others).
this is the guvnut carbon trade/exchange thingo..... at least 2 (from memory) private mobs have setup carbon thingo's in aussie in recent times.... i assume they are in opposition to this guvnut thing but i really do not know (1 of them is backed by National Aussie Bank - NAB).
Prolly just as easy to not allow anyone to cut down trees if guvnuts want to save the world..... that's right people, nobody would be allowed to cut down trees in a world run by me.... nobody
