No, I have not read all of the hundreds of pages. I don't hold enough to care. But relative to other companies it just seems unreasonable the how hostile ASX have been towards ISX, I dare say there were individuals with motive.
It's kind of like heaps of people speed all the time or commit offences, there would be proof if police decided to pick anyone and investigate them thoroughly on CCTV, but many guilty never get caught. Just on a much larger, more public scale. I don't think ASX have done the world any good doing what they have, as usual the majority getting burnt at ISX are retail investors. And, if individuals at the ASX had personal incentive to destroy ISX, that makes it even more messed up. Whose incentive was it? Some large corporation? An individual? The ASX?
It's still all unproven, even this far into it - what a shambles! The revenue fabrication would want to be very significant to justify this shambles, even if JK is found guilty at the end.

Just because there are many people who speed but never got caught, doesn’t mean that no one should be caught. You and ISX are proposing that because many didn’t get caught, the ASX shouldn’t bother with ISX too. That is ludicrous.

What got me fired up is how stupid some people’s logics are. The reason why we have trash companies is because we have gullible, evil idiots in the share markets who not only invest in trash companies but also defend the evils that run them.
