ASX suspended ISX, which was welcomed by ISX, did a few weeks of investigation and then it found breaches that then were then corroborated by ASIC. ISX initiated a court case against the ASX claiming that it was only suspended because it was a competition to the ASX and shortly after, it bought into NSX. ISX then amended its SOC many times, delaying the court progression in the process. ISX and its CEO have since fled to Cyprus. We also know that NSX and its Clearpay are trash. So where is the indication that the ASX is dodgy in anyway in the case of ISX?
