I guess the question is whether or not ASX have overstepped the mark with exercising their powers, legally can they just suspend a company indefinitely based on media speculation and a hunch? Leave them suspended to investigate them? If ISX are actually not PROVEN guilty of any wrong doing, it has been a significant mistake by the ASX. Look what they did to Animoca Brands and where they are now.
The majority that got burnt are the retail investors left holding the bag, I don't think they handled this appropriately, and they should be fined either way.

IF not proven guilty, but the company and its CEO have fled to Cyprus. And like I have said, it has been 3 years since they initiated the court case, and even after 4 amendments to their SOC, there is still not a single indication that they are innocent, literally none. Also, neither the company and its supporters have been able to point at the a single thing that is false with regards to the statement of reasons. In case you forgot, the company and its CEO have fled to Cyprus. NSX has been abandoned.
