That is the primary ISX’s claim, that the suspension has been unfair and without reason, but in reality, after three years and four amendments to its Statement of Claims, ISX still couldn’t prove any of its claims. Neither has there been any indicator whatsoever that says ISX has been right. Instead, ISX and its CEO have fled to Cyprus. All retail holders also have no idea when ISXFEU would become listed and in which exchange, it might end up not listing at all.
