Nil ISX evidence of any unfair treatment after 3 years and 4 amendments to the SOC despite the fact that it was it that pursued the court case and made all the claims. Claims that it couldn’t prove.

ISX and CEO are both in Cyprus. ISX Australia is only a shell company.
