@retiredyoung, crown is not suspended because the number of its shares on issue is not in dispute. On the other hand, ISX’s number of shares on issue is in dispute.
As you could understand from the Statement of Reasons, ISX subcontracted virtually all of the work to third parties, and the work was never paid by the customers.
