You can make all the narrative or story you want, make it into a full-blown, Hollywood blockbuster if you like, but the fact remains that ISX welcomes the period of suspension (literally) and the document states perfectly what the purpose of the suspension was, which shows that ISX understood what the suspension was all about.
Keep going with your narrative if you like but when the court reads the two documents I have just shown you, what do you think the judge would think?
As a judge I would ask, so when did you feel the suspension was unfair? Was it at the start? Obviously not, so when? Was it after the ASK discovered that the financial account was mistaken?
