So the accrual can be made in relation to a specific asset that is not yet ready for use (ie work in progress on a created asset)....
Yet they can always continue to claim eligible R&D on "new" assets. Which in the case of FBR, they're not going to stop making improvements, or new functionalities... that can be classified as distinct intangible assets.
