Replace the position? has there been any announcement of the previous trustee leaving, and what was their salary?
As I make it his "consultant fee" is an incredible 25% of current revenue for the subsidiary, and totals a full half of all current profit:
Consultant fee = $81k + $54k per month = $1,620,000 annually, which is almost a full half year's profit
very happy to be proven wrong on this.....
