    Novatti currently priced at a $74M Market Cap.

    -Current Assets - $60M

    -Non Current Assets $35M

    = $95M

    Liabilities -

    = $51M

    however in that $51M, $41M is remittance and payable which isn't held long until processed, this is held at one particular time until clearance.

    total $85M - assets are higher than the MC.....

    not to mention $27M-$30M revenue

    Market Cap is way out of whack- ridiculously priced
