There is more to it I wont go into the details here. But I have done some extensive research and am just horrified that you can get away with damn near anything these days. Shareholders don't really know what they are buying into. There is meant to be Governance and reporting, best interests of the shareholders, blah blah blah. IMO I have never, ever seen a single transaction that has benefitted the shareholders of CGB. Directors gorging themselves on (double ) fat paychecks and share allocations to themselves.
