From my years of investing i have definitely learnt to never trust CEOs when it comes to CRs!
They always say one thing and do another. If they say they have enough cash for this year that maybe true but they wont wait until they get close to running out. Their best bet is to announce a couple of decent size sign ups (that's if there even is any, could be just hopes and dreams for all we know!) then do the CR HOPEFULLY at much higher SP!
I can't blame anyone for changing their tune with the current SP hurting most of us.
