If by "nit pick" you mean actually listening to what the company is saying rather than fantasizing about my own set of realities, then yes i am nit picking.
Its pretty hard to be a growth stock if you don't have the capital required and that's what the discussion is ultimately about.
As to your advice about what stocks are for me and what aren't, i will give it the consideration it warrants.
