I'm interested to know the history behind the 'excised' section of the strike that is now owned by TMT. Can anybody shed some light?
In particular I'm keen to understand the rights associated with the 'width' of the excised tenement. Is the location of the AVL waste dump and haul road seeking to demonstrate that the recoverability of the TMT resource could require negotiation with AVL (in particular would the shape/depth of the TMT pit be impacted in the North-West section of the TMT resource)?
AVL appear to be highlighting this section of the strike length in the half yearly.
