This is exactly the case. Those instos who invested no more than $4m in the cash raise would have no reason to concern themselves in a minnow explorer. The real issue is that Jimmy’s reputation is trash. He won’t get another opportunity to raise money because the instos will see he didn’t walk the walk with the $20m he raised.
