rubbish. When debt equals your enterprise value then there's no value left for share holders.
The market cap isn't low enough. somehow it's 80 million even as debt nears 200M. so we're already implying a 280M valuation.
market cap should basically be almost free at this stage as there is a very high chance the company won't be able to pay back the debt and the company will be rendered worthless.
