The JV participants in the Venus and Graff discoveries will have a heap of critical information about these successful wells that other possible interested parties do not have. They will be in the best position to make an early assessment and decision about farming in to Saturn. They will also benefit from any synergies that would flow from having another possible discovery in the area. In addition they have deep pockets so IMO they have the early mover advantage and knowledge to get in early into a new potentially prolific basin. They will be in the best position to make a timely decision.
