9's now... this is classic and predictable. Clearly accumulation going on, some small selling drives it down to the 8's then when there's enough sucked in with sell orders they swoop in and buy it all up again. It's been this way for a few weeks.
Why would they accumulate now? I believe it's because they know the rerate is coming.
