Depends whether you want to take a glass nearly empty or glass nearly full view of it. When that offtake agreement was made the POG was much lower than it is now and if you want to go back through all the presentations as well as the DFS then you will discover that EMR based their projections on a POG of $1400US. The fact that it is currently ranging from $1800 - $2000 means that "YES" Sprott have "lucked in" bigtime.........but so have EMR assuming they are producing what they forecast or MORE!
