DTR had a share consolidation in 2021 and there are only about 437 million SOI . Many speculative stocks on the asx have well in excess of 1 , 2 or 3 billion SOI without a consolidation so not sure how you figure that .

In January 2022 the company borrowed an additional USD 3m from its USA based bankers. The loan is repayable over a 10-year period and has an interest rate of 6% per annum.In February 2022, the company has commenced producing gold concentrate for sale and is assessing offers to purchase the concentrate from various parties that are both end users and brokers.

They are very close to generating revenue with a $ 41 million market cap. Most Gold producers I am aware of have market caps far higher.This is a speculative stock so of course it is risky, it would be difficult to name any which are not . Further ongoing rare earths ,gold , silver exploration is going to assist de risking and the price of gold looks great for ongoing revenue as they transition into a Gold Producer.
