true but looking at the areas of the copper catchment that record daily rainfall, best I can find is Longreach and although they had 36mm the last time they had a big dump was early July so 2 months to dry up the ground, so imo a lot of that won’t be run off, I studied this stuff many decades ago, so what did i do? become a finance bro
