When you see that the underlying business is performing well, probably slightly better than expected you wonder why they find themselves a bit short. The answer isn’t hard to find. Directors fees at 375000! Are you kidding me. When companies find themselves in a spot of bother, most Boards would cut their pay to zero. Over the past two years, after not getting the deal through… that’s nearly 800k better off and things would be quite ok.
