I thought that the sentence that I have have highlighted from page 2 was significant.
" Funding
raised will be used to progress the construction of Phase 2 of the Project together with additional debt
funding that could be secured from the DFC with whom we have signed a debt retainer letter for US$500
million. The DFC is currently evaluating making an additional loan of US$500 million to Tetra4 which
currently owes the DFC US$38.9 million (R657.6 million)."
