I was unable to watch the market today due to attending a court hearing but having now looked I see there was trading today at $7.93 and $ 7.95 which I would put down to a few sellers overreacting to the drop of 10c in the div and the fact that as you have stated in a later post that only a few really study the accounts and understand that 35% drop in NPAT from DH2021 to DH 2022 was within guidance and was expected. So they were punished somewhat intraday but I am happy to say that there were buyers who understood the value and the SP was only down 1c by end of trading. I know that they also guided on the consecutive half years but I have a strong tendency to look at the comparative halfyears. Anyway I want you to understand that I am personally quite happy with the result but I am always fearful of how fickle the market can be when it sees lowered dividends and reductions in NPAT. If it had tanked I would have been buying tomorrow.
