While it might be irrational because on the ASX 'boards' there are others that have an even higher familial interest, but does grumpy old sod 'Mr Market' regard SRV as a 'family controlled company' and hence it will forever lack a takeover premium?
Or does 'Mr Market' believe that the serviced offices subsector lacks a future, a contention our man Alf would hotly dispute?
