I bought Sonic long before Covid. Every time I hear analysts talk about it, all they can seemingly muster up is some sort of bearish view related to covid earnings. I've posted charts on SHL comparing it with dividend champions like SOL and BKW. I know which stock I would've rather owned over the journey.
SHL is a boring business, but it's global. It has the runs on the board over many decades.
I love it, because I never really think about it too much.
