not that I can think of .................just a very thinly traded stock...........market is hitting small caps hard............probably just someone wanting to cash out some shares because they needed to raise a few grand or so.
Ben Lawrence is quite often a buyer when it is opportune and it is not a blackout period for him.
it can move upwards just as quickly.
