    Gotta look at the positives

Friends have been having a look at shelf placement and possible sales of easter yowies . Summary from them is that both are in the expensive catagory and very few of the large ones appear to be moving in country or city store. Seen on end of aisle ,2nd bottom shelf in a IMO 2nd lowest cost area in store . Not that that you would expect them to be paying for premium end of aisle kid and parent eyelines like majors do.

Box and presentation seem well blended and not striking nor does Yowie jump out to you so hard to distinguish from other chocolates - little an dlarge placesd next to each other which is a positive.

There is as usual so many chocolate branded products at very low prices and so many be it sports based football, disney , cartoons, series etc so all have to find a price and volume.

Going to be interesting to see if there were supplied on sale or return style basis and just how many get discounted after Easter if they don't sell. Just such a crowded market and not sure there is enough awareness of Yowie to sell $15 eggs in a year with cost pressures. Decisions made ages ago so apart from change in pricing its a hail mary . There is possibly 20 other branded versions similar sized all with recognisable brandinga nd most halfprice but nit having novelty bonus.

Not sure shareholders will get any feedback unless there is a very positive response.
