Thanks for that learned reply. I didn't do the transaction so I was making a brief comment. I agree with your comments as my history was on the other side of the fence in the ATO.
As an aside, I generally found my many interactions with tax professionals both respectful and intellectually stimulating. It is good to understand perspectives from the "other side". That is why I am a great fan of capitalism. Reward for effort and risk but with a caveat of playing by the rules. Cheers and regards Keith.
