they will wipe out debt from books or not is to be seen. results are good compared to shine which means they are doing better than shine. at 55 cents maybe other super funds like Allegro could jump in. I think its foolish to sell at this price which is meant only for AC to exit.

I still cannot find in the offer document where it says sgh will be delisted. if that happens they will give us better offer after they take over 90% shares from AC.
