I am pretty sure now after reading the document twice. this is takeover of AC not the rest of us. that's why there is no premium. after AC is gone they will up the offer only if they want to delist otherwise they will do nothing and is bau for company and us. but this means 55 cents is history and it's onwards and upwards for sgh hence u see people buying even at 60 cents.
