yup. And now sale of NZ business hits sp more.. but I trust it's a sound commercial decision and the Australian rmc will now recover. Interest rates staying up longer should not make much difference to the book.
Tough times for us LT holders but am LT holder.
Will top up, sit on it and collect divvys meanwhile.
