I have previously been a big supporter for RMC as an investment but now I believe it is clearly a bad investment. We don't know how low this will go. The market says more rate increase: RBA Rate Tracker (asx.com.au). Looking at the share price of 81c a drop of 35% in the last 6 months I am happy to wait, knowing it was the right decision to sell out.
