There’s also reference to “initial” benefits from the F/N deal. Again, what are the specific numbers?

Given, there’d be no longer the same expenditure to Newhaul as there was prior to 100% ownership, what’s the numerical specifics of that saving in expenditure? And does that figure then result in a worthwhile investment for shareholders when consideration is given to the costs involved in obtaining 100% ownership?
