malvernmoe does understand. JW has paid nothing for his shares. He has a non-recourse loan.
FEX does not have a loan asset (from JW/Share Loan Plan) on its balance sheet for $2.3m.
The shares are treated as options under Accounting Standards. They are effectively off-balance sheet.
You could also check this with the auditor. I believe you have his number.
