You are truly such a scammer or profoundly ignorant - I didn’t say it was attributable to the JV. I said the JV already comprised of a saving. The acquisition then resulted in a new saving amount being claimed, WHICH INCLUDED THE ORIGINAL ONE FROM THE JOINT VENTURE.
