A dividend payment would have been nice. However, perhaps they didn't, precisely because the directors are careful and conservative. There is no company policy regarding 'obligation' to pay an interim dividend - such payments are at director's discretion and not having one has been already flagged in an earlier presentation.

They paid 2 back to back yearly dividends, but they chose to wait until the second half of the year for presumably a third. If another one at the same level is payed as the last two years it will make it a trifecta. Just have to wait again, as for the last two years - the annual dividend will undoubtedly be eagerly welcome.
