Well I disagree and believe we are entering the bear market due to inflation coming back in both Australia and the US. What effect will that have, higher interest rates, less development and less IO demand.
As mentioned above the only profits were from the hedging. If the iron ore drops back again to the bear market prices of October then FEX is in major trouble. The market is up in the air at the moment since last Friday when inflation increased instead of decreasing causing fear of Fed raising rates and more indication we are entering another bear market as inflation is not going away.
