Could be right. Yesterday was the 1st time I took a look at newhauls website. bar the Fenix / Newhaul JV there isn't a lot more on there. Almost all photos are of Fenix Newhaul trucks and yet FEX still pay them the $200k per month for "management services". I don't really get why it would be cheaper and higher value for shareholders to spend that money directly with a shell corporation rather than deal with it in house. It works out to be around about 2.5% if Fenix Newhauls cost base which is sizeable.
